We loved the fab location surrounded by vineyards and beautiful countryside. The self catering villa had plenty of space and nice furniture. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and kids club in the garden, were fantastic. The staff were very service-oriented and made our stay enjoyable.
Nothing at all.

Great location, decor and designs
Lacked mirrors on bedrooms and clothes hanging space. Door locks overly complicated and they would only furnish one room card!

nice hotel and helpful staff. well organised activities for young and old.
too remote area, no buses in the city and no shuttle, car or bus at the hotel. they should've had a pickup service from the airports and organised trips in the area. this is obviously a place for people with a car! not a very childfriendly menu at the restaurant and the waiting between the meals were very long. even when we told them that we were in a hurry to get the kids to bed. no way to get food between 2 pm and 7.30 pm. not very pleasant when we arrived at 2.30 with hungry kids. the staff just looked at us as if we were stupid when we asked for anything to eat. too expensive to use the indoor pool, 20 euro per person! new towels only every 4 days. can recomend this hotel to people with a car and who like to cook their own food.

The resort offered a warm welcome with a friendly staff member greeting us upon arrival. The house we stayed in was well-equipped and even included a welcome pack with a bottle of wine. The location of the resort was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area by car. We enjoyed visiting the nearby village with its charming bakery, store, and bar.
We did notice that the resort was in need of some maintenance and upgrades. There were broken tiles around the pool area and some of the loungers were in poor condition.

I loved the location, not commercialised, but not far from all the tourist attractions. The houses were beautiful and very well serviced. Even though we were there last week of august, it was very quiet. It's proximity to the airport is great. We felt very safe there, didn't lock our door once and had no problem at all. Our teenager girls loved it. We felt very rested and relaxed after our stay there and will definitely go back again.
The only negative I would have is I felt that some of the restaurant staff lacked work experience. If they were a little more professional, the place would be 100% perfect.

Really enjoyed it
I think it shows it is still young - only two years old. Some people do not know exactly what is meant to happen; it looked like there should be soap in the bathrooms but there wasn't Waiters in the restaurant didn't know the menu very well These are small things only and didnt interfere with our enjoyment

Nice surroundings, good size accommodation, and great pool area with plenty of sun loungers available. Really enjoyed visiting the nearby village and exploring the local area. the location is ideal for exploring and the accommodation offers everything you need for self-catering. the staff were friendly, and it was easy to check in and out.
The accommodation is a bit dated and could use some updates. the cleanliness of the pool area could be improved, as some of the tiles had a yellowish slime on them.

Was a good one. Never used all services available. Restaurant and wine was good. Nice relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Recommended.
Was hard to find address in navigator. Had to ask directions in village.

Room is very clean. Kitchen is fully utilized and very clean.
Hotel staff are nice, but not very efficient - we asked for an iron and it took more than 2 days (3 times' visits to the reception desk) to get it. There was no washing machine at 1-bedroom or laundry service available which was not convenient if you stay long.

Excellent location for touring an area not visited before. Liked the idea that the stay could be flexible ie eat in restaurant or at home. We decided to self cater in the end and were pleased with the facilities- kitchen was well equiped and pots pans etc were all good quality. Did not use restaurant, spa (not our thing) or swiming pool (too cool). Liked the village setting. Staff were helpful and discreet.
There was no information pack in house - how to use equipment, recycling proceedures, local places to visit, hospital doctors etc. Bit disappointed that village was so quiet but accept that it was late in season. Was also disappointed to discover that had we booked direct with the hotel we could have had 7 nights for price of 6 not an option having booked through yourselves
